January 29, 2010 Tetra packed wine
Pretty tetra packed wine by Akesson. Personally I prefer mine in a bottle.

January 2, 2009 Tubes again – Wineside

I didn’t expect to be writing about wine in tubes so soon (see Four below). But here we are. I’ve just discovered Wineside <link>.
“A slim silhouette, astonishingly unique packaging, and authentic tastes all enhance the ergonomics and design. Wines from the top AOCs are selected to give the best, in just 6cl.”
They have what they call the Nomad case.
“It may remind you of a cigar case or even a perfume spray. It may be modern, but it certainly tells a story. The WineSide© single pack is so discreet, you can take it anywhere, any time. However, when it comes to taste, sheltered from the light, it’s outstanding.”
This may be the way of the future; I remain to be convinced.
